Careers
We build agentic AI, generative AI, data platforms and modern enterprise applications on AWS, for organisations operating at significant scale. Our engineers work alongside some of the most capable practitioners on the platform.
Why engineers come here
The people you learn from, the technology you work on, and the scale at which it operates. Our position on each is below.
Your architecture is reviewed by practitioners with deep platform expertise. That level of technical scrutiny is the fastest route to becoming a stronger engineer, and it is the hardest thing to find in this market.
Agentic systems on Bedrock AgentCore. Generative AI with production-grade evaluation and guardrails. Governed lakehouses, streaming data and conversational AI. You build these systems for production, at the leading edge of what the platform supports.
Enterprise platforms that organisations depend on operationally: the data estates their decisions rest on, the applications their staff work in, the systems their customers touch. Your work reaches those customers directly.
What the work looks like
You join a live enterprise engagement, supported by an experienced engineer, and present your own design decisions to the client. Engineers develop fastest when they are accountable for their own work.
You will also work across the breadth of the platform: data engineering, AI and machine learning, application modernisation and enterprise integration.

All five are open and we are interviewing. Candidates who meet most of the criteria are encouraged to apply.
Starting out
We run an intensive enablement programme for graduates covering AWS data services, AI/ML, generative AI, AgentCore and Amazon Connect, and we recruit from it. It is taught by our own delivery engineers.
Graduates complete the programme having delivered working software on a live AWS account. It is the primary route into the firm for early-career engineers.
How hiring works
Three stages, with a response at each one. The process is designed to give you as clear a view of the work as it gives us of your capability.
Email us with the role in the subject line. A CV is sufficient; a short account of something you have built, and what you would change, is more useful.
A discussion of real engineering work, yours and ours. We are assessing how you approach problems where the answer is not established.
You meet the people you would work with day to day, and we expect you to question us on the work, the standards and the trade-offs.
Don't see your role?
If you have strong AWS experience and none of the five roles applies, write to us with what you would build here. We create roles for candidates who arrive with that answer.
