Engineering at the
edge of the platform.

We build agentic AI, generative AI, data platforms and modern enterprise applications on AWS, for organisations operating at significant scale. Our engineers work alongside some of the most capable practitioners on the platform.

Why engineers come here

Three reasons
engineers join us.

The people you learn from, the technology you work on, and the scale at which it operates. Our position on each is below.

The sharpest room you can be in

Your architecture is reviewed by practitioners with deep platform expertise. That level of technical scrutiny is the fastest route to becoming a stronger engineer, and it is the hardest thing to find in this market.

The frontier, not the backlog

Agentic systems on Bedrock AgentCore. Generative AI with production-grade evaluation and guardrails. Governed lakehouses, streaming data and conversational AI. You build these systems for production, at the leading edge of what the platform supports.

Millions of people, downstream

Enterprise platforms that organisations depend on operationally: the data estates their decisions rest on, the applications their staff work in, the systems their customers touch. Your work reaches those customers directly.

What the work looks like

Client-facing
from month one.

You join a live enterprise engagement, supported by an experienced engineer, and present your own design decisions to the client. Engineers develop fastest when they are accountable for their own work.

You will also work across the breadth of the platform: data engineering, AI and machine learning, application modernisation and enterprise integration.

Join us

Five roles.
All open now.

All five are open and we are interviewing. Candidates who meet most of the criteria are encouraged to apply.

AWS Connect Developer Conversational AI Engineer · Amazon Connect delivery 5+ years

What you'll do

  • Run discovery workshops with business, operations and IT stakeholders, and document how the current platform actually behaves — call flows, IVR menus, routing logic, queues, business hours, escalation paths.
  • Design future-state contact flows, routing profiles, queues and agent experience, then build them — Connect flows, Lex bots, Lambda integrations.
  • Own migrations off legacy platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, NICE or Cisco: map features to Connect equivalents, identify the gaps, and plan cutover and parallel-run so live operations never drop a call.
  • Wire in Contact Lens, agent assist and knowledge, and integrate the CRM agents actually live in — Salesforce, ServiceNow.
  • Turn what you learn into reusable artifacts — templates, runbooks, methods — so the next engagement starts further along.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in a technical or functional consulting role, comfortable explaining a design to a CX lead and a network engineer in the same meeting.
  • Hands-on contact centre delivery: requirements gathering, functional specs, and designing call flows and IVR logic that survive real traffic.
  • Amazon Connect and Lex in production, plus integration development in Python, JavaScript or Java.
  • Useful to have: legacy platform migration experience, PCI DSS or HIPAA exposure, AWS certification, and a working grasp of IP networking, DNS and load balancing.

AI/ML Developer Machine learning and generative AI on AWS 4+ years

What you'll do

  • Work with clients to scope AI use cases that are worth building, and say so when one isn't.
  • Deliver end to end: understand the need, explore the data, build and validate models, then deploy them where they affect the business.
  • Build on Bedrock for generative work — RAG over governed data, guardrails, evaluation — and on SageMaker for classic ML where forecasting, churn or anomaly detection is the better answer.
  • Benchmark honestly. We test a language model against the classic baseline before recommending it, because often the baseline wins.
  • Own the operational layer: drift monitoring, retraining pipelines, and MLOps that runs without manual intervention.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years building ML models or data-intensive systems that reached production.
  • Strong Python and SQL; comfortable with a deep learning framework and with the data work that precedes any model.
  • Hands-on with Bedrock or SageMaker, and ideally with RAG in practice — vector stores, chunking, and why retrieval quality decides everything.
  • Useful to have: MLOps pipelines, IaC (CloudFormation or CDK), evaluation frameworks, and healthcare or life-sciences data experience.

Forward Deployed Engineer Software & AI · embedded inside the customer's organisation 3+ years

What this role is

  • A software and AI engineer who embeds directly inside the customer's organisation — not advising from our office. The model Palantir pioneered and enterprise AI teams now run on.
  • You write production code, stand up the awkward integrations, and clear real-time technical blockers on the front line where the work actually is.
  • You sit close enough to the business to spot the use case nobody wrote down, prototype it in days, and prove it before anyone commits a quarter to it.
  • Build agentic solutions and workflows on Bedrock and AgentCore, making real trade-offs between quality, latency, cost and model risk.
  • Everything ships properly: tests, CI/CD, logging, versioning, docs. Then it becomes a reusable asset — prompt libraries, runbooks, reference implementations.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in software, data or ML engineering, with production code you can talk about in detail.
  • Experience building and deploying LLM-powered solutions somewhere real — client environment or production, not just a notebook.
  • Hands-on with at least one of Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands Agents SDK, Knowledge Bases or Guardrails.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, in someone else's codebase, in front of their engineers. This role is as much composure as it is code.
  • AWS certification, or the appetite to earn one — we fund it and give you time.

Client Partner Owns the client relationship and account growth 8+ years

What you'll do

  • Own the client relationship end to end. Be in their offices, meet the leaders, run the cadence, ask for feedback nobody enjoys hearing, and act on it.
  • Turn that relationship into a pipeline: understand where the client needs delivery capability before a requirement is written, and position us for it.
  • Own profitability and growth of the accounts you hold — revenue, utilisation, and the account plan that maps our capability onto their real problems.
  • Provide governance across sold engagements: quality, staffing, and the quarterly reviews where we are held to what we promised.
  • Write the proposals and statements of work, and be accountable for what they commit us to.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in consulting or technology services, with a record of building and holding senior client relationships.
  • You have carried a number and met it, and can describe how — not just that you did.
  • Credible with CXOs and with engineers. This role fails if delivery teams don't trust you.
  • Enough technical fluency to talk about AWS delivery without a solution architect in the room.
  • Comfortable being the single accountable person for the relationship our business depends on.

Finance Operations Manager Business operations, invoicing and operating rhythm 5+ years

What you'll do

  • Build the business operations reporting. Every engagement, one format, margin and delivery cost visible weekly while there is still time to act on it. This does not exist yet — you would build it.
  • Track utilisation across the team and turn it into something leadership can make staffing decisions from.
  • Own invoicing and receivables against client statements of work — milestones, timesheets, purchase orders, and the follow-up that keeps cash moving.
  • Run the monthly numbers the partners review: bookings against plan, gross margin, utilisation, receivables, cash position.
  • Administer the things that make the team work — certification budgets, equipment, vendor payments, statutory compliance and audit support.
  • Partner with the founder on pricing and rate cards as we move from time and materials toward fixed-scope work.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in finance operations, ideally in services or consulting where the unit economics are people and hours.
  • You have built or run engagement-level business operations reporting, not just consumed it.
  • Strong on spreadsheets and comfortable with accounting systems; able to explain a variance to a non-finance audience without condescension.
  • Indian statutory compliance — GST, TDS, payroll coordination — and audit readiness.
  • Useful to have: export services invoicing, multi-currency, and experience in a company small enough that you owned the whole cycle.
